Thank you!

Congratulations Debbie and Jeff!

Debbie seriously talked me into photographing her wedding. She was so laid back about everything. There were about 40 guests. Simple and elegant was the theme of the day. I couldn't get over this stunning light! LOVE LOVE LOVE that spring is here! Thank you again. You were so kind and oh so beautiful.
Enjoy!

cute as can be

Baby James was a perfect angel. He was awake, he slept, he let us move him, and check out the peace sign he flashed me! What else could I have asked for? He has the coolest hot air balloon mobile above his crib. I love the blanket from his room so I just had to use it for his photos. Congratulations mom and dad. He really is as sweet as can be.

1st communion

Natalie is making her first communion. She looks so angelic. Natalie's mom and I have known each other since 4th grade. Let me tell you Natalie looks EXACTLY like her mom. What a lucky girl! You will be seeing more of her because she will be a fresh face model for a special upcoming project. Until then...

Taking better photos

Do you want to learn how your camera works? Are you interested in taking better photos? I will teach a beginners class on outdoor photography. I will give you tips and tricks to taking better photos and try to explain your cameras functions, options and limitations. It is important to know what you can and cannot do with your camera. Knowledge is power. In order to give class participants individual attention, I am limiting the class to 10 people. It is on a first come first serve basis.

May 3 is the date and the location will be determined at a later.

Leave a comment here or send me an email. Take care and happy shooting!
~J

PS There are two requirements. One you read your camera manual. Two you have to bring it with you. I am not familiar with every camera on the market and I may need to refer to the manual to learn how to change functions and so on. To be honest I carry my own camera manual in my camera bag still!

An addition to our family!

No. Not a human baby. Our new puppy - that I swore I would never have. After having a large dog for 10 years and having to go through putting him to sleep, I just didn't want to do it again. However, the boys were tugging at my heart strings. We set up an appointment to meet him at Luvabull Bulldogs and how could I have said no. He is so stinkin' cute!
We can't bring him home until April 1st. The boys have no idea. They will be so surprised! I can't wait to introduce them. Tony and I will set up another secret meeting to go and visit him once more before we can bring him home. We're pretty sure his name will be Artie or Vadar, but we're leaning towards Artie. We're open for suggestions.
Take care and I hope everyone is doing well.

President Tuxedo's Prom Show

On Saturday, March 7 President Tuxedo is hosting a prom show at Macomb Mall. The show features several vendors and a runway fashion show. I will be there so come check me out. I will have some awesome give aways and a cool space for you kick up your feet. I will also have information on becoming a 2010 Senior Model for Jamie Fodale Photography.

This year, I am doing something different for students attending Prom. Instead of waiting in long lines after you have a stain on your shirt from dinner and your hair is messy from dancing and your make up has disappeared, you can have a fun stylish mini photo session at my studio before Prom even starts. The sessions will be by appointment and then on a first come first serve basis.

You will be able to sign up for the grand prize of a free Prom also. It should be super cool event. I'll be looking for you!

Little Miss Personality

This session was so fun! I started out thinking of a Pretty in Pink session. You know, the petti skirt on the white back drop. Her mom brought THE cutest clothes and I just couldn't stop myself. We chatted and took breaks, however our session was more than 3 hours long and a ton of clothes later... Her personality shines through. I had so much fun! Thank you! ~J
